we've come
a long way!

20 years of friendship and life experiences has led us here.

After meeting at the gym 20 years ago, we’ve journeyed through our 20s, two marriages, three kids, and two PhDs—and now, we’re finally creating the space we’ve both long wished existed. Throughout our friendship, we’ve shared a deep commitment to well-being in all its forms, and we’re excited to share that passion with you.

We’re so glad you’re here!

who we are...

At The Sexual Health Hub, we’re on a mission to dismantle the shame and stigma that surround reproductive health, sex, and sexuality. As certified sex therapists, moms, partners, and lifelong learners, we’ve walked the path of feeling underprepared and unsupported in these areas—and we’re determined to create something better. Drawing from our own experiences of seeking knowledge in ways that didn’t always feel safe or empowering, we’ve built a space where education, open dialogue, and inclusivity thrive.

Together, we bring a unique balance to our work: one of us grounded in organization, creativity, and pragmatism, while the other embraces big ideas and bold risks. We complement each other in everything from streamlining resources to dreaming up innovative ways to connect with our community. Our shared passion lies in empowering individuals and families to explore these topics with confidence, curiosity, and compassion. Whether it’s helping parents navigate tough conversations with their kids, or creating a moment where someone feels truly seen for the first time, we’re here to hold space, provide evidence-based information, and inspire change.

hi and welcome
I'm Dr. Juline Mosser.
Co-Founder of The Sexual Health Hub.

Growing up, conversations around sexuality and mental health were scarce, often wrapped in cultural taboos that left little room for curiosity or understanding. It wasn’t until I began working with patients navigating fertility challenges that I realized how deeply intertwined mental health and sexuality are. That insight set me on a journey that has defined my career—helping women reclaim their voices, their health, and their power.

The path here wasn’t linear. After years of working in fertility, I noticed a critical gap in support for women navigating perinatal and postpartum mental health. This realization inspired me to found a mental health practice dedicated to helping women through these life-changing transitions. But the more I worked with women, the more I recognized the profound impact of sexual health on mental well-being. So, once again, I pivoted—this time to focus on women’s sexual health, dismantling stigma and providing the resources I wished existed when I began this journey.

Today, as a wife, mother, and eternal student, I channel my passion for learning, teaching, and empowering others into my work at The Sexual Health Hub. Whether it’s helping women navigate intimacy challenges, understand their desires, or embrace their sexuality with confidence, my goal is to create a space where everyone feels safe and seen. I love those moments when someone finally feels understood, gains the clarity they’ve been seeking, or takes a brave step toward what they want in their life and relationships.

When I’m not working, you can find me with my husband, our two children, and our therapy dog, Louie. Movement is my outlet, whether it’s CrossFit, yoga, or a good old-fashioned “wog” (walk/jog). I’m endlessly curious, devouring books on women’s health, business, and empowerment, always seeking new ways to grow as a practitioner and a person.

Collaborating with Dr. Sheena Ledford to build The Sexual Health Hub has been one of the most exciting adventures of my career. Sheena’s incredible ability to organize, plan, and bring aesthetic vision to life perfectly complements my bold, high-energy approach to ideas and innovation. I’m the one always dreaming big and pushing boundaries, while Sheena refines and organizes those ideas into actionable plans. Together, we’ve created a partnership that balances creativity, structure, and boldness, allowing us to provide a resource for sexual health and mental well-being that’s both approachable and transformative.

Through The Sexual Health Hub, my mission is clear: to break down barriers, empower women, and provide the tools and support needed to confidently embrace every aspect of their health and relationships. Whether you’re seeking education, inspiration, or simply a place to feel heard, we’re here to walk that journey with you.

Growing up in Catholic school, conversations about reproductive health and sexuality were practically non-existent. When they did happen, they were often framed with shame and fear, leaving me disconnected from my own body and desires. But when I met my first sex therapist, everything changed. She introduced me to a world where education could break barriers, dismantle shame, and empower people to embrace their bodies and relationships. That moment planted a seed that eventually grew into my career as a certified sex therapist and co-founder of The Sexual Health Hub.

The road here wasn’t straightforward. I spent years exploring different paths—working in fitness, running operations for an international Pilates company, and moving frequently. It took me seven years to finish my undergraduate degree, but the experience taught me resilience and adaptability. Reconnecting with my high school sweetheart grounded me, giving me the stability to finally pursue my graduate degree and build the career I’d always dreamed of.

Now, as a wife, mom, and lifelong learner, I bring my love for organizing, connecting, and teaching to The Sexual Health Hub. I thrive on those breakthrough moments when someone feels seen, gains clarity about their needs, or finds the courage to communicate what they’ve been afraid to express. Whether it’s helping parents have open conversations with their kids, normalizing difficult topics, or providing resources to support intimacy, my goal is to create a space where people feel safe, empowered, and inspired to grow.

Working with Dr. Juline is one of the greatest joys of my life. As co-founders and best friends, we bring out the best in each other and create a dynamic partnership that combines creativity, risk-taking, and thoughtful organization. Together, we’ve built The Sexual Health Hub to inspire connection, foster understanding, and provide the resources we wished existed when we started our own journeys.

Through The Sexual Health Hub, my mission is simple but profound: to dismantle shame, normalize the conversations we all need, and provide approachable solutions for individuals and families alike. Whether you're looking to learn, grow, or feel seen for the first time, we’re here to hold space for your journey.
